Liability Waiver

In checking the "Terms and Conditions" box, I agree that I am at least 18 years of age. I understand that classes at RIDE Oakland, LLC may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that RIDE Oakland is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against RIDE Oakland, LLC or its members or guarantors for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Refund/Purchase/Cancellation Policy

In order to make a reservation, you must first purchase a class or RIDE package. To buy a class or a RIDE package, you can do so through this website by logging into your account (if you do not have an account, you can also create a new one). Please note that the prices of future classes and packs might be subject to change. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your purchase. As soon as your charge is approved, your class, RIDE pack, or Unlimited Membership will be delivered to your account. If you fail to pay any charges when due, RIDE Oakland reserves the right to suspend or terminate your privileges. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that RIDE Oakland may incur in its efforts to collect any past due or unpaid balances from you. Classes, packages, and memberships purchased will not be entitled to a refund. Retail items purchased may be returned in new condition with tags within 14 days for full refund. For returns from 15-30 days after date of purchase, store credit will be issued. No returns of retail items after 30 days.

If you want to cancel a class after it’s been booked, you must do so by 6 pm the evening before the class date to avoid being charged for the class. You can cancel a class reservation by simply logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel” option next to your upcoming classes. You can also call RIDE Oakland at 510.858.5447 during business hours; cancellations only valid over phone if you reach a staff member. If you cancel before 6 pm the evening before the class date, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you do not cancel by 6 pm the evening before the class date, the credit will not be returned to your account. If you purchase a RIDE Unlimited Monthly Pack, you are required to store your credit card. If you purchase the three month contract, you may pay cash for the first month but a credit card must be used for the second and third month. With the RIDE Unlimited Monthly Pack (one month contract) and the RiDE Unlimited Monthly (three month contract), a late cancellation or no-show fee of $18 will be charged to your card on file with any late cancellation or no-show (see stated cancellation policy above). Cancellation policy may not apply to special events at RIDE. Please see individual cancellation terms when purchasing for special events.

Late to Class policy

Please come to class at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to get set up and ready to RIDE. We reserve the right to give away your reserved spot in the class if you are not on your bike at class start time unless you have called us and let us know that you are running late (in which case, if you arrive within 5 minutes of class start time, we will save a bike for you - not necessarily the bike to which you were originally assigned). We will not allow anyone into the studio after 5 minutes of class start time.
