What motivates you? Music and group energy! Also that moment in class where everyone is at 110% on a sprint – it’s so badass! When I workout at RiDE I’m motivated by my neighbor and the awesome instructor up front.

Strangest place you’ve worked out. In Italy. I was running and some local men pulled over and asked "why am I in such a hurry"?

What motivates you? Living a healthy, happy life in a body that feels good!

Dream vacation. A multi-city whirlwind trip that ends with a week in a jungle somewhere (with reasonable accommodations...I'm a glamper).
If you had a superpower, what would it be? Reading minds but only if I could turn it off when needed.

What motivates you? When my client really wants to hit a goal, push harder and/or be stronger. That motivates me.

Instructor Mantra. Get out of your comfort zone! In class that means push harder, add more tension, hold your sprint just a bit longer. In the rest of your life that means push yourself to do things you have never done.....don’t be complacent.
What motivates you? The way I feel after a really good workout. Whether that is an awesome spin class, a challenging ride or a long hike. That feeling, mentally and physically, is what motivates me.
Go to cheat meal. The Cali Fries from Belly Uptown....basically loaded nachos with french fries instead of chips.
Go to music artist. The Struts, Sia, The Weeknd, The Chainsmokers.

What motivates you? The unknown; how far can I go? How hard can I push?

Dream vacation. Any place with a warm beach, trails for running or hiking, and good, cold beer. And most European cities.

What motivates you? Great music & watching a RiDER find and harness their strength to give a little extra when I call for it! It's everything!

Dream vacation. Anywhere I can have sun shining bright, warm sand between my toes, a cold glass of bubbles in one hand with my hub's hand in the other.
Strangest place you've worked out. Hotel Room - negative planks, tricep dips, air squats, crunches using desk chair and drawers.
If you had a superpower, what would it be? Flying. The wind, the height, the freedom.....just thinking about it brings a smile to my face and gets my heart pumping.

Strangest place you've worked out. The airport. I find a corner and do push-ups, lunges, squats and handstands. A 15 minute routine usually sets me right before getting on a plane.
Dream vacation. 2 months Touring Greece and Italy.
If you had a super power, what would it be? Teleportation. This would make the 2 month tour above economically viable.
What's on your bucket list? Living in Europe.
