Ride Fit - Summer Camp for Girls

Ride Oakland’s Ride Fit Summer Camp for Girls is an exciting and fun way for teen girls (ages 13-17) to stay active for the summer while focusing on health, nutrition, and physical activity.  Typical camp day includes a 30 minute beat-based indoor-cycling class, 20 minute core/strength training including TRX, and creating (and drinking!) a "smoothie of the day". Campers will learn about the benefits of exercise variety, good nutrition, and the importance of developing healthy fitness habits at a young age. This camp is designed for girls of all fitness levels. RiDE Instructor and Health Coach Donna Ricketts will be leading the camp.

Session 2: June 17th-20th; Monday-Thursday; 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm 
Cost: $200 for one week session
